ZoneX Acceleration 加速营邀请函，三天三夜等你上车

来自全球最大的创业活动创业周末组织团队，用一年半时间，在苏州组织了7场跨越54小时的创业周末，20+场或大或小的其他活动，助攻了近150多个项目后，我们想做一场实验，Yes，作为创业圈的行为艺术家，我们从来不停歇！

这次的54小时我们不做点子加速，我们试试项目加速。

As the organizing team of Startup Weekend, the largest startup community worldwide, with one year and half, in Suzhou, ZoneX has organized 7 Startup Weekend, 20+ other events, assisted 150+ startups. In current stage, ZoneX, as a behavioral artist in mass innovation industry, would like to do a trial, this time, in the 54 hours, we don’t do idea acceleration, instead, project acceleration.

主要事项：开场+破冰+组队+工作

Main Matters: Opening+ IceBreaking+ Team Formation+ Work

18:00-登记+晚饭 Registration+Dinner

19:00-开场介绍 Opening

19:30-破冰游戏 Icebreaking

20:00-电梯演讲 Elevator speech

21:30-团队组建（团队可选择保有原成员或增加新成员）Team up (Teams may choose to remain or add new members)

5月18日（周六）18th May (Saturday)

主要事项：头脑风暴+团队合作+导师辅导

Main Matters: Brainstorming + Team Working + Tutoring

9:00-早餐时间 Breakfast

9:30-各团队围绕项目进行讨论，使用商业画布作为工具 Lean Canvas Sharing(one delegate/team)

12:00-午餐时间 Lunch time

13:00-继续工作，自由讨论，导师指导 Mentoring&Teamwork

18:30-晚餐 Dinner

19:30-继续工作 Team work

5月19日（周日）19th May (Sunday)

主要事项：导师指导+路演+评奖+美食庆祝

Main Matters: Tutoring+Pitch+Award+Party!

9:00-早餐时间 Breakfast

9:30-团队工作，导师指导 Teamwork & tutoring

12:00-午餐时间 Lunch time

13:00-预路演 Preparing for Pitch rehearsal

16:00-更新完善项目 Update business plan

17:00-最终路演 Final pitch

19:00-最终成果评判并颁奖 Judging and awarding

19:30-社交，庆祝，美食 Networking，dinner and party
